      How to accept a request for payment

      Did you receive a Jetpay payment request via email or a payment link along with your invoice?

      Paying an invoice with Jetpay

      Here are a few things to note you might be wondering about: 

      • You are not required to sign up for Jetpay.
      • You will not be charged for accepting any payment requests.
      • Your payment will be deposited into the recipient's account within 2-3 business days.

      Step-by-step instructions:

      1. Follow the 'Accept Request' button in the email that was sent to you, or click the Payment Link included in your invoice.

      2. To make the payment, click 'Pay request now'.

      3. You then have two options of how you want to pay. To pay with your bank account, select 'Bank Transfer'. To pay with your credit card, select 'Credit Card'. 

        Note: When paying with a credit card, you will accept a 3.5% platform fee on your transaction. 

      4. If you choose to log in with your bank account, click 'Bank transfer'. You will then have a choice of how to connect your bank account, either via 'Login with my bank' or with 'Enter account details manually'. 
        1. If you choose to connect your bank account manually, accurately enter your details, then click 'Review & pay'.
        2. If you choose 'Login with my bank', follow the instructions provided by Flinks to connect your bank account. You bank may send you a message asking you to confirm the transaction with your 2FA code.  
        1. Review the details of the payment, and if you are satisfied, agree to the terms and conditions, and click 'Pay Now'. 
      Your payment will now be initiated. From this page, you can choose to track the payment, download a PDF receipt, or close the window. 

      1. If you choose to pay with a credit card, accurately enter your payment number details, then click 'Review & Pay'.

        1. Review the details of the payment, and if you are satisfied, agree to the terms and conditions, and click 'Pay Now'. 
        2. Your payment will now be initiated. From this page, you can choose to track the payment, download a PDF receipt, or close the window.
