      How to accept a Jetpay payment

      Did you receive a payment through Jetpay? Get money deposited right into your account.

      Getting paid through Jetpay

      When you receive a Jetpay payment for the first time, simply click on the Accept Payment link in the email and follow the instructions.

      Here are a few things to note you might be wondering about:

      • By connecting a bank account, the company who sent the payment will be able to send money to your account – they will not be able to pull money from your account.
      • You only need to enter your banking details once. Your information will be saved for future payments from the same company.
      • You are not required to sign up for Jetpay.
      • You will not be charged for any transactions you receive.
      • You will be notified of every payment that is sent to your account along with a real-time tracking link.

      How to accept a Jetpay payment

      1. Follow the 'Accept Payment' button in the email that was sent to you.

      2. To accept the payment, answer the security question given to you by the paying company, then click 'Accept payment'. 

      3. You will be prompted to authorize a bank account to receive funds into. You have two options to authorize your bank account:
        1. Via 'Online Login'  with your online banking credentials.

        2. or by entering in routing information with 'Enter your bank details'.

      4. Follow the steps to authorize your bank account, then click 'Review & accept' to accept your payment. 

      5. Review the details of the payment, and if you are satisfied, click 'Accept now'. 

      6. Once authorized, funds will arrive in your account within 4-5 business days. You will receive email notifications along with a real-time tracking link for each payment that is sent to your account. You can also track your payment or download a PDF receipt from this page.
