How can I send a payment reminder?

Reminding a customer or supplier of their pending payment can help complete your transaction faster.

Sending a payment reminder

You can send payment reminders to your customers or suppliers at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Select 'Payments' from the Jetpay dashboard at the top of the screen. 

  2. Click on the payment details of the contact to whom you want to send a payment reminder.


  3. Click on the envelope icon in the top right corner of the payment details dashboard. 
  4. To send your customer or supplier a reminder of the pending payment request click 'Resend email'
  5. Your contact will receive an email reminder for the pending payment. We will send you an email notification once your contact has authorized the request.
